Volunteer Clearance
Every volunteer who has regular contact (at least one time per week) with the children of our Parish must go through a security clearance by completing Pennsylvania State background checks and completing the Safe Environment Training, which includes attending the "Protecting God's Children" classroom component and completing the Mandated Reporter online component. There are no fees for volunteers!

If you have already received your clearance as a coach, or in your workplace, please bring your original forms in for us to photocopy. All current volunteers must attend the Safe Environment Training (2 parts) and have their clearance forms submitted as soon as possible. The Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check and the Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance Form are valid for 5 years. The Safe Environment Training certification does not expire.
