Become a better steward. Seek out ways to share your time, talents & treasure with our Parish.
God owns it all, everything we have is a gift from God. We are commanded to be good stewards of the resources He gives us.
We should “work heartily, as for the Lord and not for man” (Col. 3:23)
The way we show love for God and others is in how we give. “For God so loved the world he gave his only Son.” (John 3:16)
It's especially important and wise to save for short-term emergencies and long-term goals. “For a wise man saves for the future but the foolish man spends whatever he gets.” (Proverbs 21:20)
How we spend, save, give and invest our money is important to God. Being a good steward of God’s resources means having a budget, with God at the top of it.
God cares about each of His children and wants us all to be content in life. That means we set goals and work for better circumstances, but it also means that we know God wants His very best for us.
