EDGE Youth Program

The mission of EDGE is to lead our youth to Christ through prayer and fellowship. Our young people engage in several fun social events throughout the year. EDGE is a wonderful way to continue the friendships made with classmates in preparation for Confirmation, but all young people are invited to attend our events.

PREVIOUS EDGE EVENTS

7/16 and 7/17-Parkesburg Church's Community Yard Sale and Car Wash. This would be a fun service oriented outing with volunteers to set-up on Friday and help on Saturday at the table and with the car wash. We will also need donations of baked goods and if anyone has anything to donate for sale too. There will be announcements and sign up sheets at church as the time draws near. All proceeds from this worthwhile event will benefit the Parkesburg Point.

7/24- Paintball at Jellystone in Quarryville. Cost is approximately $35 for equipment and 500 balls. You can bring extra money for food and extras. Meet time would be 9:00am at SPC and leaving at 9:15.

7/28 or 8/18- Miniature Golf. Will follow up with more info later as to where and how much. We will really need your answer for this one so we can firm up which date.

8/19- Pool Party at Stapleton's. More info later.

8/22- St. Peter's Village. We will meet at SPC right after the 9:00am Mass. I do not think there is a cost for this but will let you know for sure at a later date. Also, this will be a pack your lunch day.

Finally, there will be a tween picnic but we will let you know the particulars at a later date.

We hope you will join us for most or all of these events because without you they cannot be successful. Looking forward to seeing you.
